One service, done properly.
Introductions to established processing partners across every risk tier. We prepare the underwriting file, present it to the partner suited to your vertical and risk class, and manage it from approval through activation — one desk, fees in writing first.

Most shops handle one end of the risk spectrum. We maintain processing-partner relationships across all three — so the file goes to a partner that actually wants it.
Placed properly means classified properly. Every file leaves our desk coded to the right MCC, with reserves and chargeback thresholds explained in writing — so the account underwrites cleanly and stays open. Declined or terminated before? Bring the history; honest files place faster.
Terminated by a prior processor? On the MATCH list? We accept MATCH-listed merchants and place the file with partners that underwrite second chances properly.
Mastercard’s MATCH list (the terminated-merchant file, sometimes called TMF) follows a business for five years, and most shops won’t touch a listed merchant. We will — with the facts on the table. We read the reason code, put what changed in writing, code the file to the correct MCC, and take it to the partner built for exactly this.
One online application, about five minutes, nothing to print or sign. Your merchant portal opens the moment you submit; we handle the paperwork from there.
Your desk assembles the underwriting file — history, documentation, and the context a partner needs to say yes. Honest files place faster.
We present the file to the platform best suited to your vertical and risk class, and manage every underwriting question on your behalf.
Approved, your account goes live under the platform’s agreement. Your desk sets up portal access, integrations, and reporting alongside you.
You process and settle on the terms you elected. The desk stays on the file — watching account health and answering, same business day.
Little to steal, everything signed, and a person accountable for the file.
Card details ride PCI-certified payment infrastructure and never touch Whitcomb servers. Merchants keep their own platform accounts and their own keys — what reaches Whitcomb is signed reporting, not credentials, so your desk can watch volume and account health without ever holding the things a thief would want.
Security questions or a vulnerability to report: Chat with us now — read the same business day.
Operating accounts and settlement rails, set up alongside your processing — through partner institutions, on documented terms.
We introduce your business to established partner institutions for the accounts the operation actually needs — and we stay on the file until settlement lands where it should.

Accounts are provided by partner institutions under their own agreements and approval. Whitcomb Payments is not a bank.
Funding for the business — and a seat for what it earns — arranged through our funding and institutional partners.
Whether the business needs working capital to grow or a better home for idle reserves, the desk makes the introduction and papers the terms — in writing, before anything is signed.

Funding, banking & investment services are provided by unaffiliated partners under their own agreements and underwriting. Whitcomb Payments is not a lender, broker-dealer, or investment adviser.
Submit merchants from your partner desk — you set the rate, we review the file and send the documents. Your merchants stay yours.
The desk is growing. We're always reading introductions from people who know payments — placement advisors who can carry a book, underwriting coordinators who keep files clean, and partner managers who keep processors answering on the first ring.
Tell us what you've placed, what you've processed, or what you want to learn. A sharp two-paragraph email beats a long résumé.
“Commission structures that reward the people who build the book.”
Introduce yourselfThe application takes about five minutes online and your portal opens the moment you submit. Your desk reviews the file the same business day; total time to activation depends on the partner's underwriting and your risk class.
High-risk placement is our particular strength, and prior declines or terminations don't disqualify you. Include the history in your file — partners underwrite honesty well and surprises poorly. Placement is never guaranteed; it always depends on the partner's underwriting decision.
Yes — we accept MATCH-listed (TMF) merchants. Bring the reason code, the date, and what has changed since; the file goes to a partner that underwrites second chances, and the terms — including any reserve — are in writing before you sign. Placement is still the partner’s underwriting decision.
Yes. Same-day payouts are offered seven days a week on programs that fund daily, weekends included, where the file qualifies. Your approval letter states your payout schedule in writing.
Fees are quoted per merchant based on vertical, volume, and risk class — and every fee is put in writing before you're asked to sign anything. No fee is collected on placement services until the terms are documented.
Placement runs across several established processing platforms — full-service card processing for every risk class, specialty programs, merchant-owned accounts with Whitcomb reporting, and bank-rail acceptance. Which platform fits is part of the placement work, and your desk goes through it with you once the application is in.
No. Settlement runs under your platform’s own agreement, and your processing keys stay on your systems — what reaches Whitcomb is signed reporting, so your desk can watch volume and account health. Card details on any checkout are handled by PCI-certified infrastructure and never touch Whitcomb servers.
The Instant Plugin program was retired on August 23, 2026. Merchants who used it now process on their own platform accounts — with the Whitcomb reporting plugin keeping their desk in the loop — and old checkout links decline by design. Whitcomb’s own invoices and application fees are unaffected.
